Ingredients

  • 1 prepared Fathead crust or any other favorite low-carb crust
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cooked chopped chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp precooked bacon bits
  • 1 oz chopped Roma tomato drained (about ½ tomato)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning a light sprinkle to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust. Prepare and prebake one Fathead crust according to its recipe instructions until firm and lightly golden. If using another low-carb crust, follow its preparation and prebaking instructions.
  • Make the Sauce. Melt the butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder together on the stovetop or in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Whisk in the ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  • Add the Sauce. Spread the creamy ranch sauce evenly over the prebaked crust.
  • Add the Toppings. Top evenly with mozzarella, cooked chicken, bacon, and drained chopped tomato. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake the Pizza. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, checking at 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. For another crust, follow its recommended finishing temperature and timing.
  • Slice and Serve. Slice into 4 servings and serve.

Notes

Ranch Dressing: Homemade or store-bought ranch dressing both work well. The Parmesan adds extra flavor and richness to the sauce.
Crust: This recipe was tested with my Fathead crust. Other low-carb pizza crusts can be substituted, but baking times and nutrition will vary.
Timing: Times assume a prepared, prebaked pizza crust and precooked chicken and bacon. Allow additional time to prepare the crust
