Serve with celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or keto-friendly crackers.
Make-Ahead and Reheating Tips
This Buffalo chicken dip can be prepared ahead and frozen for later. For the best texture, thaw it in the refrigerator before reheating.
Warm the dip in the microwave, stirring occasionally until heated throughout. Reheating directly from frozen also worked during testing, but thawing first gave better results.
Can I Make Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Microwave?
Yes! Combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and table salt in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth, then fold in the cooked chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir thoroughly, and microwave for another 1–2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated throughout.
A Ranch Dressing Tip
I used my homemade Keto Ranch Dressing for this recipe. It adds a creamy, tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with the Buffalo sauce and melted cheeses.
You can use your favorite keto-friendly ranch dressing instead, but the nutritional values may vary.
